Our Customers

Fast-Pak serves the Middle Mile within the restaurant industry. Below is a timeline of our history and expansion:

1994: Established as a master distributor of disposable packaging
1999: Developed new lines of business including cold-chain logistics for national brands
2005: Began developing cold-chain logistics for customers in Hawaii
2006: Expanded reach into Puerto Rico, the Pacific Northwest and Alaska
2013: Launched first international service to Peru and Mexico
2014: Expanded rapidly internationally by adding service to the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia and Ecuador
2015: Led innovation of consolidation and export services by developing a dedicated cold storage cross-dock facility in Jacksonville, Florida
2019: Co-founded and opened a cold storage facility, allowing for better control of how containers are loaded and export shipments are documented
2020-present: Added new customers in Costa Rica, Panama, Aruba and Ecuador while continuing to improve efficiencies in customer supply chains
